After all, the ego-mind (personality) is vying for its job security in our lives, and many of us are keeping it very nicely employed as the chief barrier to personal growth and development.

1) Fear Personal Growth Barriers: Probably the biggest barrier to personal growth and development that any of us encounter is our fear. However, something extraordinary happens when one permits oneself to feel that fear, then face that fear (instead of letting your mind keep you afraid), and then often a great sense of liberation is experienced as the fear barrier to personal growth and development dissolves. Bring any fear out into the light and its power lessens dramatically.
